Are the products bootlegs or genuine merch?
Everything is genuine.
For each purchase made on IFmerch.com, a minimum of 30% net royalties are returned to the Artist, Band, Promoter, or Shop owner you are buying merch from (a 20$ shirt, 6$ is given back to support them ). For items left in consignation, see CDs, 80% is returned back. By supporting them, your are helping the inspiration of new musical piece, support an event or help create new merch design !

Is Paypal the only method of payment?
On IFmerch.com, yes. You are welcome to open a Paypal account with your bank debit card (if you don't have a credit card). Cash is accepted only at our warehouse location (pre-order via email only).

Is it possible to do a local pick up?
Yes, complete the order online and select the "Local Pick-Up" option, in the shipping selection page.
This way, your order is processed and reserved (item(s)is(are)removed from the inventory).
Pick-up location:
920 rue Jean-Neveu, Longueuil, QC J4G2M1 CANADA on business day, between 09h00 and 4h00PM local time*.
*Verify our summer business hours, as we do close at 1h00PM on friday's in August up to the first friday of September
** We are also close for pick-up between December 22nd and January 8th.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, everywhere Canada Post is servicing.

How much will shipping and handling cost be ?
You are invited to check out the exact shipping price for your selection, by adding the item(s) in the cart.
View your cart.
Select your country and zip/postal code and then press Refresh to obtain the available delivery service.

for Canadian Order:
Shipping fee is based on the volume/weight of the ordered item(s).
The fee includes:
- Handling charge
- Fuel Surcharge.
- Parcel insurance of the items value up to 100$CAD, free of charge.

USA Order:
Shipping fee is based on the volume/weight of the ordered item(s).
The fee includes:
- The applicable fuel surcharge
You will have different rates with the following weight:
000 - 250gr
251 - 500gr
501 - 1kg
1kg - 2kg

International Order:
Shipping fee is based on the volume/weight of the ordered item(s).
The fee includes:
- The applicable fuel surcharge
An charge of 1.7% for the export documentation preparation will be added on the transaction.
You will have different rates with the following weight:
000 - 250gr
251 - 500gr
501 - 1kg
1kg - 2kg

How long must I wait for my purchase after my payment is processed?
Shipping is performed as soon as the transaction is confirmed
(or next business day - we are located in the -05h00 GMT/-04h00 [DST] GMT time zone).
Depending of your location and shipping service asked, it may take from 2 to 5 business days (All Canadian orders & USA Expedite orders), 6 to 10 Business days (Air), and 4 to 8 weeks (surface international service).

The merch online is available for immediate shipping.
If an item isn't available (showing Out of Stock and Check back soon for new arrivals!), we would be pleased to answer any other question at info[at]ifmerch.com (see contact page) on the next anticipated availability of the item if it isn't in the item description already. Please provide item number and size if applicable, and we will revert with details/delay as soon as possible.

I ordered an item, and would like to return it for a different size. How do we proceed?
We sincerely hope that you enjoy your purchase, however, if you would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly help you with the process.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the date that it was received
Merchandise returned must be in new/unused condition
We are unable to accept returns on washed, worn, and/or abused items
We are unable to accept returns on Underwears, Posters, CDs, DVDs, Vinyl records and/or clearance/sale items.
Shipping cost & shipping sales tax incurred for returns are non refundable.
Refunds will be credited to your account within approximately 2 business days from the date the return is received by IFmerch.com
We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns.
If the item you ordered does not fit or you are not satisfied with the size you ordered and you would like to exchange it for a different size or another item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back us (shipping with tracking required) and you will also be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship your item.
Just send us an email and we will direct you with the procedure to complete this return.

I am an artist (or have a band) and would like to have my own store on IFmerch.com, can I ?
Yes, of course.
Contact us via email ( contact link on the bottom of this page ) and we will help you set this up.
No Monthly fees.
No Set-Up Charges.
We only keep a small percentage on the price of items sold online.
We can only have online, items we have in hands, ready to be shipped (unless it is pre-sales items).
