Are the products bootlegs or genuine merch?
Everything is genuine.
For each purchase made on IFmerch.com, a minimum of 20% royalties are returned to the Artist, Band, Promoter, or Shop owner you are buying merch from. By supporting them, your are helping the inspiration of new musical piece or merch design !

Is Paypal the only method of payment?
On IFmerch.com, yes. You are welcome to open a Paypal account with your bank debit card (if you don't have a credit card). Cash or Debit card is accepted only at our warehouse location (pre-order only).

Is it possible to do a local pick up?
Yes, complete the order online and add the mention "Local Pick-Up" in the Paypal instruction to merchant text box.
This way, your order is processed and reserved (item(s)is(are)removed from the inventory).
Shipping fees will be refund into your Paypal account, once pick-up is completed.

- The applicable fuel surcharge
- Applicable taxes on the transport
- Parcel insurance.
An handling fee of 0.65$CAD will be added on the transaction.

000 - 250gr
251 - 500gr
501 - 1kg
1kg - 2kg

International Order:
Shipping fee is based on the volume/weight of the ordered item(s).
The fee includes:
- The applicable fuel surcharge
- Parcel insurance.
An handling fee of 0.65$CAD + 1.7% for the export documentation preparation will be added on the transaction.
You will have different rates with the following weight:
000 - 250gr
251 - 500gr

How long must I wait for my purchase after my payment is processed?
Shipping is performed as soon as the transaction is confirmed
(or next business day - we are located in the -05h00 GMT/-04h00 [DST] GMT time zone).
Depending of your location and shipping service asked, it may take from 2 to 5 business days (All Canadian orders & USA Expedite orders), 6 to 10 Business days (Air), and 4 to 8 weeks (surface international service).

The merch online is available for immediate shipping.
